Admissions

Three steps. Then your child starts.

Tour first, paperwork after. The 45-minute tour does most of the work. A working classroom answers what a brochure cannot. From infant care to Pre-primary, your child stays with the same school, the same method, the same teaching team.

Two Josiah children playing on the centre's outdoor equipment.

Then the paperwork

What we will need.

Bring originals to confirm placement. A short list, walked through with you.

  • Child’s birth certificate (and Singapore citizenship certificate, re-entry permit, or passport plus FIN, where applicable).
  • One recent passport-size photo of the child.
  • Both parents’ NRIC, re-entry permit, passport, or FIN.
  • Medical health report and immunisation record.
  • Proof of residence (utility bill or tenancy agreement).
  • Any prior school or paediatrician notes you would like us to know about.

Our administrators will guide you through obtaining the required documents. If anything on this list is not in hand on the day of the tour, we work back from your child’s start date and help you sequence what comes next.

Fees & subsidies

We talk you through fees at the tour.

Specific numbers, in context. ECDA subsidies apply for eligible families.

Fees vary by centre, programme, and infant-care availability. Two paths to a number while disclosure is pending:

  • Confirmed at the 45-minute tour, with the exact stage and centre.
  • Via WhatsApp. We send a centre-specific fee guide within hours.

ECDA subsidies for citizens and Permanent Residents. Working-mother subsidy applies where eligible. We help you check eligibility at the tour.

At the tour

What we walk through together.

45 minutes inside a working classroom, then the questions parents bring.

AWalk the morning work cycle. You see independent learning in operation. Children at real apparatus. Teachers watching, then stepping in when a child needs them.
BMeet an educator. Not a sales person. The educator who could be in your child’s room. Bring your questions.
CSee the Musical Arts Performance block.Where the timing works, you watch a Vocal Training, Dance, or Chinese Speech & Drama specialist with the children.
DConfirm fit, fees, and timing. The exact stage, the exact centre, the start date. Subsidy eligibility checked at the same sitting.
Before the paperwork

Who will be in your child’s classroom.

One primary teacher, named from day one. Assistants who stay through the year. Mixed-age peers your child will know by the second morning.

A Josiah teacher working one-to-one with a child at a low table.

By the end of the first month, your child has a named friend, a favourite shelf, and a song they will hum on the way home. The teaching team stays the same across the year, so the small things, the ones a brochure cannot show, are noticed and carried.

  • Primary teacher · DECCE-qualified.
  • Same teaching team throughout the year.
  • Daily photo or observation note while your child is settling in.
  • Open messaging lines during the day.
  • Mixed-age peers in three-year bands.

Tour first. Then admissions.

Walk through the space in 45 minutes, see both methods in the room, ask any questions. The paperwork follows the conversation.
