At Josiah, our main teachers are certified and trained in the Diploma of Early Childhood Curriculum and Education (DECCE) or its equivalent. Each of the teachers are required to complete one hundred hours of in-house training based on our Josiah Way training before they begin to work with our children.
Beyond their invaluable experience and skills, we are proud that our teaching faculty have been specially chosen for their genuine love for young children. Our teachers aim to nurture and guide our children in a safe and stimulating environment where happiness and openness are championed.
The main teaching faculty work alongside allied / assistant teachers to maintain high standards of education and care for every child.
